 Maureen Palma Marifil, was born on June 9th, 2000 in Santiago, Chile.

 She studied elementary in 2006 at Escuela Adventista Santiago Poniente until 8th grade. In 2015 she studied at Escuela Boston College la Farfana for her high school studies. She is currently in her second year of Forest Engineering at Universidad de Chile.

Few years ago she dedicated herself to doing Karate, she reached the orange belt and in 2017 she was the national champion in the -50 kg Under 21 category. After that She withdrew due to concern about grades, as training was time consuming. However, she plans to one day return to that wonderful sport that she loved so much.

Now she just studies and loves to watch Netflix series and listen to all kinds of music. Also in her free time she loves to spend it with her boyfriend.

Maureen lives now in Estación Central, with her parents, her older sister, and her grandfather. She also has a cat named Agustina, a dog named Gaspar and she loves them very much.

CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

 Hello everyone, I hope you are very well, today I will talk about what changes I would make to my study program. The first thing I would do is reduce the number of subjects per semester, since I find that the academic load that we are given as students is too much and that totally hinders our mental health, in addition to taking time with family and friends. The technology of the faculty would also change, since many computers are very old and do not work well. I would change some teachers who have no vocation to teach or ask them to take a course in pedagogy. Regarding the infrastructure of the faculty, I would not change much since it is very beautiful. The faculty in general is very nice, it has mostly green areas. The only negative thing that I see is that the location is very distant from most of the students, apart from being located in a dangerous place, so that the students do not go out alone to take locomotion, they must go out in a group because this is safer .   Hi again everyone, i hope you are very good. Today I will speak about my favorite photo… This picture was taken by my boyfriend this year during our holiday in February. We were on a hill that we climb at night so we could see the sunrise, it was a beautiful experience. It was the first time that I climbed a hill at night, at the beginning it was very dark, we had to turn on the flashlight. The way there was not long, but it was steep, besides halfway there we had to start running because the sky was turning orange and we thought that we were not going to be able to see the sunrise. The place was beautiful like in the photo: the Biobío River in the background, the sunrise, the vegetation, the birds singing, the sound of the river and the wind, ¡ I was really in love with what I saw that day!
