Why did i choose this career?

Since I was little I dreamed of being a veterinarian, I always loved animals. When I used to speak at school about what one wanted to be when I grew up, I always did it as a veterinarian.

At first when I was in high school my goal was always to be able to study Medical Technology, then that changed and I wanted to study to be an Obstetrician. When I did the PSU for the first time, it was not enough for me for the university I wanted and I only had that option, so in 2019 I entered a pre-university, where I did many vocational tests, that is where I really realized that I wanted to study a career that I had never heard of in my life, so I started to find out about it and fell in love.

When I did the PSU again, it was good for me, my career option was clear, however I applied to biology to have more options. In the end I was able to enter the career I wanted at the university I wanted.

My university experience has been good because I have been able to perform everything well except English, which has cost me a lot but I still like it hahaha. The bad thing has been the academic load that we sometimes have, but so far I have managed to cope with it.

As for what I want to work on in the future, I feel that I like many things and I hope to have it clearer as the years at university go by.

CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

 Hello everyone, I hope you are very well, today I will talk about what changes I would make to my study program. The first thing I would do is reduce the number of subjects per semester, since I find that the academic load that we are given as students is too much and that totally hinders our mental health, in addition to taking time with family and friends. The technology of the faculty would also change, since many computers are very old and do not work well. I would change some teachers who have no vocation to teach or ask them to take a course in pedagogy. Regarding the infrastructure of the faculty, I would not change much since it is very beautiful. The faculty in general is very nice, it has mostly green areas. The only negative thing that I see is that the location is very distant from most of the students, apart from being located in a dangerous place, so that the students do not go out alone to take locomotion, they must go out in a group because this is safer .   Hi again everyone, i hope you are very good. Today I will speak about my favorite photo… This picture was taken by my boyfriend this year during our holiday in February. We were on a hill that we climb at night so we could see the sunrise, it was a beautiful experience. It was the first time that I climbed a hill at night, at the beginning it was very dark, we had to turn on the flashlight. The way there was not long, but it was steep, besides halfway there we had to start running because the sky was turning orange and we thought that we were not going to be able to see the sunrise. The place was beautiful like in the photo: the Biobío River in the background, the sunrise, the vegetation, the birds singing, the sound of the river and the wind, ¡ I was really in love with what I saw that day!
