My favorite website that is related to my career

 ¡Hello again everyone!

I hope you are very good. Today I will speak about my favorite website that is related to my career.

We all have a page of a website which always helps at the moment of research something, in my case, i study Forestry engineering, I always pay attention to the different flora what i can find in a place, due to I’m very curious and want know which is the name of everything hahaha. 

The website is called “Plantnet”, I chose it because when I want to find something about a particular specie, this website always help me a lot. Besides, we should only take a photo in some place which we think is characteristic, can be stem, leaves or fruit of the specie. This is the reason why I like it so much. It is so simple.

Then insert the photo was taken recently and should select the place very near in where find the plant or simply put “World Flora'' for later, wait the recognition of this, It will appear a list of the possible species with its respective percent of probability next to it, where it will show pictures and you will be able to compare with the plant you are seeing. One time you identify the plant you should push the option and you can see the scientific name, the common name, the family, the genus, and a few map indicating where the specie could be found.

 


There is also a very interesting section called "explore" where you can find different types of species with their respective photos.That is the other important section, because the others are for registration.

According to my opinion this is a website very easy to use and accessible for many people because besides of to be online, you can download as app and that's how I am use every time that come in the street walking and plant catches my attention, it is for this, I use it frequently.

    Hello Maureen, it is a very good site, the truth is that it has also helped me a lot to identify the species, hopefully there will always be more things to discover.

    Hi Friend, i love this site i have the app in my cell phone, and i use it all the time to identify the species when i go out to different places

CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

 Hello everyone, I hope you are very well, today I will talk about what changes I would make to my study program. The first thing I would do is reduce the number of subjects per semester, since I find that the academic load that we are given as students is too much and that totally hinders our mental health, in addition to taking time with family and friends. The technology of the faculty would also change, since many computers are very old and do not work well. I would change some teachers who have no vocation to teach or ask them to take a course in pedagogy. Regarding the infrastructure of the faculty, I would not change much since it is very beautiful. The faculty in general is very nice, it has mostly green areas. The only negative thing that I see is that the location is very distant from most of the students, apart from being located in a dangerous place, so that the students do not go out alone to take locomotion, they must go out in a group because this is safer .   Hi again everyone, i hope you are very good. Today I will speak about my favorite photo… This picture was taken by my boyfriend this year during our holiday in February. We were on a hill that we climb at night so we could see the sunrise, it was a beautiful experience. It was the first time that I climbed a hill at night, at the beginning it was very dark, we had to turn on the flashlight. The way there was not long, but it was steep, besides halfway there we had to start running because the sky was turning orange and we thought that we were not going to be able to see the sunrise. The place was beautiful like in the photo: the Biobío River in the background, the sunrise, the vegetation, the birds singing, the sound of the river and the wind, ¡ I was really in love with what I saw that day!
